Hearing Kejriwal's plea, Justice Khanna said that first there should be attachment - then offense - then finding in the offense.
AAP ministers, MPs and MLAs will administer the oath to the people in these meetings.
The Delhi Chief Minister will call two ministers each in jail every week and review the progress of work in their departments.
He further alleged that since the return of AAP MP Sanjay Singh from jail, there has been a power struggle between him and the Kejriwal family.
Kejriwal was arrested on March 21 by the Enforcement Directorate in relation to the excise policy case.
While speaking to reporters, the politician said, “I am stepping down as minister. This government has no morality left to continue in power.”
His remarks came after BJP workers and supporters staged a massive protests in the national capital demanding Kejriwal's resignation.
The BJP national spokesperson further said dismissing Kejriwal's plea against arrest, the Court asserted that it is bound by law, and not by political considerations.
The Union minister said the AAP chief's continuation as chief minister behind bars is an "exercise in shamelessness".
