Former Indian cricketer Kedar Jadhav on Tuesday joined the BJP in the presence of Maharashtra Minister and state BJP chief Chandrashekhar Bawankule in Mumbai.
Kedar received his maiden call-up to the national team for the ODIs against Bangladesh in June 2014 but he had to wait till November that year to get his first international cap, making his debut against Sri Lanka in Ranchi.
In IPL 2019, Jadhav scored just 162 runs from 14 matches at an average of 18 with a strike rate of 95.85. Despite the right-hander failing to impress, CSK retained him for the 2020 season.
Jadhav's side-arm action proved to be quite a tough one for batsmen to pick and he ended up breaking many crucial partnerships
A big fan of Salman, Jadhav was in a fix when asked to pick between the actor and Dhoni.
Talking further about Dhoni, Jadhav said he owes a lot to the former India captain who backed him throughout his career and helped him play so many ODIs for the country.
When the star Indian opener uploaded a video of himself promoting a health drink, Yuvraj Singh took the opportunity to troll Sharma as he posted a funny comment on the video.
Virat hasn't even scored a run at this venue in T20Is.
Although Sri Lanka may seem a little inexperienced against India, the home team's T20I record at this ground isn't quite promising.
Ray further pointed out: "Jadeja is the best fielder in the Indian team. On his day he can also be destructive as a batsman."
