Relief operations were in full swing in Karnataka's flood-hit Kodagu district as rains abated and life limped back to normal, an official said on Tuesday.
Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, who is Revanna’s brother, came to the minister’s rescue saying "there wasn't enough space".
Teams from the Indian Army and Navy along with state officials were screening the villages and towns to rescue anyone still stranded.
