Congress president Rahul Gandhi was accorded a warm welcome by saffron clad ‘kanwarias’ in Fursatganj when he started a two-day visit to his constituency on Monday.
The court said that it would put out similar guidelines to curb and control the vandalism by mobs or by whatever label they are known.
The situation was later brought under control by the police though the Kanwarias also engaged in a scuffle with cops who had gone there to control the situation.
