Delhi riots: Supreme Court’s Justice Prashant Mishra recuses from hearing Umar Khalid’s bail plea

The matter was listed for hearing before a bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Mishra. Khalid had approached the top court challenging an October 2022 Delhi High Court verdict that had denied bail to him.
