Even as the Judicial Commission investigating the Mahakumbh stampede began the inspection of the spot on Friday, the Mela authorities are gearing up for the third and last Amrit Snan on Basant Panchami on February 3.
Under heavy security arrangements, self-styled godman Narayan Hari, popularly known as Bhole Baba among his devotees, arrived at the Secretariat in a white Fortuner car belonging to BJP MLA Babu Ram Paswan.
