J&K Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo, on Thursday, paid a visit to Mubarak Mandi Heritage Complex here for an on-the-spot assessment of the progress made on the works of conservation and protection going on for the last few years.
The Chief Secretary reviewed the facilities at the Holy Cave and the Tatkal Registration Camp established at Pahalgam Convention Centre and Nunwan Base Camp.
Dulloo visited several locations in the Civil Lines area of the city, including Boulevard Road and Mughal Garden precincts, currently being upgraded by SSCL.
During the meeting, the Chief Secretary took note of the availability of minor minerals for infrastructure projects in the Union Territory (UT). He also directed to ensure the availability of construction materials to the public at government-approved rates.
