The earthquake's epicentre was determined to be at 9.790 degrees south longitude and 159.601 degrees east longitude.

The wooden motorboat broke down on Tuesday after leaving from the east of the main island of Java late Monday.
The toll was likely to continue rising as rescue teams were still finding bodies in the water and washed up on small outer islands, National Board for Disaster Management (BNPB) spokesperson Sutopo Purwo Nugroho told a press conference.
The tremor comes after a 7.5-magnitude quake struck off the Indonesian island of Sulawesi last month killing more than 2,000 people.
