In a major development, the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday issued its verdict in the Toshakhana case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan, sentencing him to at least three-years imprisonment and imposing a fine of 100,000 PKR.
Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan was arrested on Saturday from his Zaman Park residence in Lahore soon after being convicted in the Toshakhana case.

Shah said that the special court had been constituted by the Supreme Court of Pakistan and it consisted of judges from three high courts of the country.
In the petition, the former president had challenged the formation of a special court holding his trial under charges of high treason and legal flaws committed in the procedure.
She was previously working as deputy general at the Sindh High Court.
The bench dismissed the petition because of Shah's repeated absence during the hearing of the case.
The petitioner’s lawyer further said Chaudhry had concealed his assets while submitting his nomination papers with the election body.
