ISC topper made DCP Kolkata for six hours

Richa Singh, a class XII student of GD Birla School, Ranikuthi, and daughter of Additional officer-in-charge, Gariahat police station, Mr Rajesh Singh, assumed the charge of DC, SED replacing Mr Kalyan Mukherjee, for six hours.
