IT major Infosys on Thursday reported 11.5 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 6,806 crore in the third quarter (Q3) this fiscal, from Rs 6,106 crore in the year-ago period.
The combined market valuation of five of the top-10 most-valued firms tumbled Rs 1,85,952.31 crore last week.
IT major Infosys has reportedly deferred the annual salary hike in the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25. The company last implemented a salary hike in November 2023.
The techies of Infosys hit the road with the cycles to promote Non-Motorised Transport (NMT) for a greener and livable and sustainable city.
According to sources, the IT major will come up with a data centre at the site. This apart, another IT major Wipro is coming up with its second campus Rajarhat. Wipro’s first campus was set up at Salt Lake Sector V in 2005-06. Both Infosys and Wipro were given 50 acres of land for setting up their campuses.
Infosys will harness its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Café, built on the Now Platform, along with ServiceNow OTM, to improve resilience.
They have also demanded an apology from the magazine and warned of a befitting reply if it failed to do so.
Infosys will continue to concentrate on helping UCAS achieve its ambitious targets on lowering costs, optimizing, and enhancing services for students, delivering more robust security.
