SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov said the Pulwama terror attack was a 'direct provocation' by the opponents of peace between India and Pakistan.
A resolution was submitted in Pakistan Parliament on Saturday to endorse Khan for the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize due to his efforts to de-escalate the recent tensions with India.
Voicing concern over the war-like situation between India and Pakistan, Pawan said the terror attack on CRPF troopers led to this situation.
