Due to the unfavourable weather conditions Modi had to cancel his visit and virtually address the gathering from Delhi. However, he assured the people of the state that he would soon visit Himachal to seek the blessings and benevolence of people of the state.
Cancellations will come into effect from Thursday, 13 December, and remain in force till 15 February, 2019
