The conference theme, "Indian Knowledge System, History Writing, and History’s Philosophy," is tailored to align with the special context of the National Education Policy of 2020.
Vice-President Jagdeep Dhankhar was the chief guest at University campus, New Delhi and delivered the convocation address.
Highlighting the country's growth, he said, “We are no longer the nation defined by its potential. We are a nation realising its potential. We are a nation enabling global powers to realise their potential."
The workshop is titled 'Translating from Foreign to Indian Languages and & ViceVersa: Challenges and Implications'.
Speaking at the 36th convocation of the university, she expressed happiness that many employed/self-employed persons are getting an education from IGNOU for skill upgradation.
These diploma courses will be of a duration of one year. Any graduate with 50 per cent marks for the general category and 45 per cent for the reserved category can enroll in any of these MBA programmes without appearing for any entrance test.
