The Kerala government on Monday suspended two officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) on disciplinary grounds.
The Indian Civil & Administrative Services Officers' Association called it a testimony to the fairness and majesty of India's judicial system.
The action was taken against the officials after a video surfaced on social media in which they were seen indulging in a drunken brawl at a highway restaurant.
