Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has expressed strong displeasure over the “lackadaisical” approach of the Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) under the Delhi government in not revising the ground rent of its land and properties, thereby causing huge losses to the public exchequer.
