Former leader of the Hindu Mahasabha Kamlesh Tiwari was shot dead and his throat slit in broad daylight in Lucknow last week.
45-year-old Tiwari, who headed Hindu Samaj Party, was killed at his home in Naka Hindola area in Lucknow on October 18, he was earlier associated with a faction of the Hindu Mahasabha.
The attackers wearing saffron clothes, on the pretext of handing over a box of sweets, walked into Tiwari's office, took out a firearm and shot him dead.
