Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision to stay the Himachal Pradesh High Court’s directive to initiate disqualification proceedings against MLAs appointed as Chief Parliamentary Secretaries (CPS) in Himachal Pradesh.
A spokesperson of the ED said in a press statement on Tuesday that both the accused were produced before the Special Court (PMLA), Ghaziabad on Tuesday.
Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu while presiding over a high level meeting on Monday, said that the sate government was contemplating to formulate a new compassionate employment policy.
