The Himachal PWD minister is the son of Himachal Congress chief Pratibha Singh and the late six-time chief minister Virbhadra Singh.
According to state Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Minister Anirudh Singh the right to include and remove names in the BPL list rests only with the concerned gram sabhas.
