The recent assembly election results in Jharkhand have highlighted significant challenges for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
The proposed formula suggests one minister for every five MLAs, resulting in a total of 11 ministers for the 56 MLAs in the alliance.
Soren, 49, was administered the oath by Governor Santosh Gangwar at Morabadi Maidan in Ranchi.
