J&K has registered 360 % increase in aviation refueling: Scindia

Decrease in VAT on ATF from 26.5 pc to one pc by the J&K government has set a new dawn for air connectivity in the Union Territory with 360 per cent increase in refuelling, said Union Minister for Civil Aviation Scindia.
