IMD issues alert for heavy rainfall in Delhi-NCR on Wednesday; water-logging, traffic jams expected

Delhi received its first spell of heavy rains on July 19 which inundated low-lying areas. Areas in east Delhi had witnessed severe water logging. Complaints of water logging were reported from almost all the areas of the national capital, last time.
