AIMIM chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday challenged Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to arrest controversial priest Yati Narsinghanand Saraswati for delivering a hate speech against Prophet Muhammad to prove they were not biased against the minorities.
Asking the PIL petitioner Fatima to approach the authorities concerned, a bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Satish Chandra Sharma allowed her to withdraw the plea as it (bench) was not inclined to entertain it.
