KSRTC on Tuesday moved the High Court seeking compensation from the PFI for the damages caused to its buses during the hartal as many protestors engaged in stone pelting and other destructive acts.
The KSRTC, in its petition submitted that on 23rd September, the PFI called for a state-wide hartal without any notice.
The guilty will be brought to book without any delay, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan
Stones were pelted at state government owned Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) buses in various districts including Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Ernakulam, Pathanamthitta and Alappuzha.
