Two terrorists were killed and five security force personnel lost their lives after an almost 60-hour-long encounter between the forces and the terrorists in Jammu-Kashmir’s Handwara on Sunday.
The administration has now reportedly deployed special forces to end the operation which has been on for around 60 hours.
Security forces had launched a cordon and search operation in the area following specific information about the presence of militants there.
