With the latest crackdown on pro-Khalistan leaders and supporters in India, protests have been staged in different countries around the world, reportedly trying to create a majority representation in support of the formation of a separate Khalistan state.
The second meeting, to be held at Wagah on the Pakistani side was originally scheduled for April 2, but India raised objections to the presence of pro-Khalistani leader Gopal Singh Chawla in the PSGPC panel.
Sources said Chawla was instrumental in denying access to Indian High Commission officials to two gurudwaras in Pakistan a few days back.
