Taliban allows safe passage to Ghazni Governor after province falls

If confirmed, Ghazni will be 10th province to be seized by the Taliban in just seven days.

US Forces spokesman Colonel Sonny Leggett gave no information on casualties in the crash.

The Taliban view the US-backed government in Kabul as a dysfunctional Western puppet and have refused repeated offers to negotiate with it.

According to Tolo News, "10 personnel of the missing unit had been killed and 20 others discovered alive" in Ajristan district.
