ED granted 2 day custody of Gautam Khaitan by Patiala House Court

Sources said a fresh criminal case under the PMLA was filed by the ED against Khaitan on the basis of a case filed by the Income Tax Department against him.
Khaitan was arrested on Friday evening and would be produced before Delhi's Patiala House Court later in the day.
Special judge Arvind Kumar granted bail to Tyagi and his cousins involved in the case. They have been asked to furnish a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh with one surety of the like amount.
