Man brings garland made of footwear from Umesh Pal’s family for Atiq Ahmed

A man, identified as Varun, on Tuesday waited outside the MP/MLA court in Uttar Pradesh's Prayagraj for hours holding a garland made of footwear, to 'welcome' the notorious gangster turned politician Atiq Ahmed.
