Samsung is reportedly planning to launch its Galaxy Note 20 series as well as Galaxy Fold 2 on August 5 via an online event due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The company has already released a pre-launch software update that cites camera improvements.
Interestingly, the report from Kuo contradicts Counterpoint Research firm which said that the newly launched Galaxy S20 will outsell its predecessor.
Galaxy S20 series with Exynos 990 chipset is likely to go on sale on March 8 (International Women's Day) in India.
In terms of optics, Galaxy S20 Ultra is likely to come with a 108MP main, 40MP front-facing, 48MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom paired with a possible 100x digital zoom, providing for powerful hybrid functionality.
The company is expected to launch its much-awaited Galaxy S20 instead of the S11.
This means that Galaxy S20 will succeed S10e and S20+ will succeed S10.
