Earlier, Chief Coordinator of India’s G20 Presidency, Harsh Vardhan Shringla said the G20 Summit has provided India with an opportunity to showcase its diversity, legacy and digital public infrastructure.
Speaking on India’s G20 Presidency, Jaishankar said that there have been “some achievements, some work in progress, and some hope in progress”.
"The G20 recognised today that the Global South is facing great problems that need to be responded with an action plan. This action plan was proposed by India," he added.
Dr. Jitendra Singh said under PM Modi, Jammu and Kashmir is given the top most priority in everything that is the reason J&K is competing in terms of development with the developed states and UTs in India.
During the tour, Modi will participate in the G7 Summit and the Quad Summit, and hold bilateral talks with over 20 world leaders on challenges confronting the world.

Addressing the One Earth One Health -- Advantage Healthcare India-2023 summit at Pragati Maidan, via video conferencing, Modi said even thousands of years ago, when there were no global pandemics, India's vision for health was universal.
"We had a very good meeting. Most of our meeting was on the Sudan situation. We also discussed the G20, and Ukraine conflict, but essentially it was about Sudan," the EAM told ANI.
India's G20 presidency inclusive pan-India approach, centred on Jan Bhagidari or citizen's engagement has so far covered over 41 cities, with around a dozen meetings held in the North Eastern part of the country.
