Kicking off from the Khan Market and INA Market on Monday, the awareness campaign would focus particularly on the detection and mitigation of pesticide residue and contaminants in food products.
The summit is being hosted by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) under the aegis of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on 20-21 July, 2023 at Manekshaw Auditorium, New Delhi.
Union Minister of Health and Family Welfare Mansukh Mandaviya reviewed the ‘Food Street Project’ with senior officers and FSSAI.
