The probe agency has challenged the July 12, 2019, order passed by the high court at Ranchi.
He has already got bail in a fourth case related to the Rs 900-crore fodder scam. However, he will remain in jail in two other cases related to the scam.
The RJD chief, currently lodged in the Birsa Munda Central Jail in Ranchi, has challenged the January 10 verdict of the Jharkhand High Court dismissing his bail plea.
