Patiala court grants Shashi Tharoor permission to fly abroad

Shashi Tharoor has been granted permission to travel abroad. The Patiala House Court on Wednesday gave Tharoor the green signal on the condition that he submits a fixed deposit receipt of Rs 2 lakh before it.
