As per the circular, it informed all state MLAs that as per the Governor's orders, there's no need for a floor test now, so today's special session will not be convened.
The notification comes following Leader of Opposition and former chief minister Devendra Fadnavis visited the Governor on Tuesday night after returning from Delhi, and submitted a letter to him demanding an immediate floor test.
