The Air Quality Index (AQI) at ITO area and Anand Vihar recorded as 461 and 478 respectively, according to the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC) data.
On October 9 last year, the top court had temporarily banned the sale of firecrackers ahead of Diwali.
The top court has put a ban on the sale of firecrackers online, and people are only allowed to burst crackers between 8 pm and 10 pm on Diwali and any other occasion.
