Gurugram: Fake call centre duping US, Canada citizens busted, 17 held

After verifying the facts, a raid was conducted at the said premises and all 12 accused involved in running the fake call centre, were apprehended.
The call centre had been running for the last seven months and as per an estimate, police said, total cheating so far has been approximately more than Rs 4 crore ($5,25,000 USD).
A team of the CM flying squad led by DSP Inderjeet Yadav raided the call centre which was located in Udyog Vihar, phase-5 in Gurugram, following a tip-off.
