The projections indicate a near-complete sweep for the BJP, with estimates of 10 to 11 seats out of 11, leaving the Indian National Congress (INC) with a minimal presence.
The actual results of the Lok Sabha polls would be known on 4 June.
With 21 seats needed for a majority, the exit polls do not signal a clear victory for any one of the parties in the state.
Record turnout The voting passed off peacefully in Karnataka with a voting turnout of 73.19 per cent, surpassing the 72.36 per cent recorded in 2018.
Earlier in May, the Karnataka Congress had sent a notice to Baig over his statements on AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal, KPCC President Dinesh Gundu Rao and former CM Siddaramaiah.
However, refusing to give complete credit to the BJP for its victory, the National Conference leader said after the Balakot strike, the opposition had lost most of its steam.
Meanwhile, the BJP parliamentary board is expected to meet today evening at the party headquarters where Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to address party workers.
"Indian equity market as expected touched the historic figure of 12,041 and made a new all-time high. Markets seem to have discounted the magical mandate in favour of BJP. At the same time, we see there is some profit booking that is coming in at higher levels."
