Chief minister Mamata Banerjee on Friday extended her heartfelt congratulations to students, who passed the Madhyamik 2025 examination.
Several social and political organisations, including the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, and BJYM, organised bandhs, “Aakrosh Sabhas” and demonstrations in Jaipur and several cities on Friday, to express anguish and condemn the terror attack in Pahalgam.

The preliminary examination for the candidates for the 2022 Judiciary Bench was conducted in March 2023. The main examination followed in May 2023 and finally the interviews were held in April 2024.
As a part of its venture, the secondary board through a notification issued has instructed all the invigilators at all examination centres across the state to apprise the examinees at the centres before the start of writing the examination.
In a bid to facilitate ease of commute to the Madhyamik aspirants, the state transport department has announced special bus and tram services for the examinees.
In addition to this, live-streaming of all these events is to be done to enable the officials at CHSE, School & Mass Education Department, district Collectorate concerned to monitor each and every activity," CHSE stated in a letter
CUET PG will provide a single window opportunity to the students to seek admission in participating universities across the country. It will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) Mode for 3.57 lakh candidates in approximate 500 cities and 13 cities outside India.
The Joint Entrance Examinations (JEE) will be conducted between September 1 and 6 for admissions to different engineering colleges, while the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) will be conducted on September 13.
