Enhancing facilities a priority over opening new educational institutions: Himachal CM

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said on Wednesday that the state government was giving priority to enhancing facilities over opening new educational institutions in the state.
