Among the nine assembly constituencies that went for by poll on Wednesday, Ghaziabad recorded the lowest voter turnout at 33.30 percent, as per the data issued by the Election Commission.
The Kedarnath assembly bypoll in Uttarakhand recorded around 57 per cent voting by 5 pm on Wednesday even as the Election Commission of India was yet to announce final figures with likely margin of around 3 per cent increase.
