Among the nine assembly constituencies that went for by poll on Wednesday, Ghaziabad recorded the lowest voter turnout at 33.30 percent, as per the data issued by the Election Commission.

The poll panel issued a set of directions to BJP National President JP Nadda and Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge in this regard.
The poll panel, in a communiqué, said, “904 candidates from eight States/UTs to contest elections in the seventh phase of Lok Sabha elections scheduled for polling on 1st June.”
