With Diwali fast approaching, East Coast Railway (EcoR) on Saturday cautioned passengers not to carry and also not let their co-passengers carry inflammable or explosive objects to make the journey safer while travelling on passenger trains.

East Coast Railway loaded 2.6 lakh tonnes of coal towards Delhi, Punjab, UP, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh from Talcher loading points.
The cyclonic storm is moving northwards with a speed of 5 kms per hour and is likely to cross Odisha coast between Gopalpur and Chandbali by Friday afternoon with wind speed of up to 200 km per hour.
