Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik launches e-challan system

“With the introduction of the e-challan system, the traffic violators would no longer need to go to the Traffic Police headquarters to pay the fine. They would be able to pay challans online,” Patnaik said after launching the project at Delhi Police headquarters.
