“No question of stopping any guarantee scheme including Shakti”: Karnataka Dy DK Shivakumar

Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday clarified that there was no question of discontinuing any of the guarantee schemes including the Shakti scheme.
