Baisoya was elected the DUSU President in September. The ABVP won three of the four seats against the Congress-backed National Students Union of India (NSUI).
Baisoya allegedly used these fraudulently procured education certificates to get admission in Delhi University.
The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), a rival political group of which Baisoya is a member, had on Tuesday dismissed the accusation.
This order, however, was put on hold by the high court during pendency of his plea challenging the varsity decision and he had gone on to become the president of DUSU.
Protesting against the CBSE question paper leak, the NSUI on Friday met Union Human Resource Development Minister Prakash Javadekar and demanded the sacking of CBSE chief Anita Karwal.
