Acting on specific intelligence, an Indian national, who arrived in the morning of 22 March from Raxaul, Bihar, in a train at Anand Vihar Railway Station, Delhi, was intercepted and 92 pale yellow capsules containing white powdery substance were recovered.
During checking, 18 packets of heroin weighing around 21.5 Kg were recovered. Driver of the truck has been detained and further questioning is going on.
Each of these sheets contained four plastic packets containing a white powdery substance. A total of eight plastic packets were found.
