His legal representative, Nilesh Ojha, confirmed that the Joint Commissioner of Police had accepted the complaint. The allegations include serious charges of gang rape and murder.
The controversy reignited after Disha’s father, Satish Salian, filed a petition in the Bombay High Court, demanding an investigation into his daughter’s death.

The accused, identified as Vibhor Anand, who claims to be an advocate has been brought to Mumbai and his Twitter account has been suspended for violating the social media platform’s guidelines.
Disha was late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's manager and both of them met with mysterious deaths within a fortnight in June. She was working with Cornerstone, through which she came into contact with Sushant.
These messages were exchanged in and around April 2020 which shows the duo discussing work extensively.
It is said that the video was allegedly taken hours before her death, and captures some of her last moments.
While numerous people have tried to link Disha’s death to that of the late actor’s despite her own family denying all the claims, here’s a WhatsApp text that revealed what had happened on the night of Disha Salian’s demise.
The Malvani Police had registered an Accidental Death Report (ADR) in Disha’s case and are investigating the death.
