In a significant finding, UK researchers have developed a new test that can predict dementia -- affecting over 55 million people worldwide -- nine years before a diagnosis.
As per studies, the device can identify gases and liquids dissolved at low concentrations with a high degree of accuracy.
"In case a person does not have any of the health card, identification of the person/issuance of new card will be facilitated in the hospital itself. Similar arrangements should also have to be made for all PPP diagnostic centres," the advisory said.
