The Secretary,Department of Financial Services (DFS),M. Nagaraju, on Monday suggested means for doing fresh Know Your Customer (re-KYC) process for the Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana (PMJDY) account holders.
DFS achieved 100% disposal of all identified Public Grievances, Public Appeals, PMO references and MP References.
“The figure marks the highest number of Diwali-related fire and emergency incidents in the past 13 years," stated DFS chief Atul Garg.
A16-year old boy died while his four family members received burn injuries after a fire broke out in their house early Wednesday in the Kishangarh area of South West Delhi.
The fire erupted in the basement parking of the building. However, no injuries were reported in the incident, he added.
